ARZYZ IS A 100% MEXICAN COMPANY

Based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, México, it was founded in 1980 as a sustainable business unit focused, initially, in the recovery of zinc in the galvanizing industry.

Today, ARZYZ is one of Mexico’s the largest companies in the nonferrous metals sectors, particularly in the manufacturing of aluminum alloys and the marketing of primary metals.

Timeline

1980

ARZYZ begins operations in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

1991

Collaboration alliance signed with mining industry leader in Mexico.

2005

Distribution agreement with leading aluminum producer.

2010

ARZYZ expands operations to USA and South America.

2018

NEST project launched to produce 15,000 tons monthly of aluminum alloys

2021

Production testing begins for the NEST project, alongside the construction of a new rotary furnace facility.

2023

Launch of our 2030 strategy, outlining the roadmap to expand production capacity to over 800,000 tons per year.

2024

We announce our vertical integration into the manufacturing of flat aluminum products.
